extra extra

man this happened so fast...all of a sudden im included in the show. this is crazy! im trying to make more work for the show. i feel so much pressure right now. i really hope i can make some cool new paintings for the show. i started on one last night and im no not fully satisfied with it. im going to keep working on it. im scared i hope people like my stuff.

friday friday friday

hello all just letting you know that i will be in a small show in san antonio. there will be plenty of music and art. the show is this friday 02-06-09. im ready to go dancing!

LA

im so excited daniel and i booked our trip to LA!!!! i wonder how many movie stars im going to meet??? this trip is going to be so much fun. i need to do some research on LA. i want to be able to know where i want to go when i get there. daniel already has plenty of places to go to. i really want to go to the beach, but i dont think ill be getting in.

my promise

well my good friend syl reminded me that i haven't been keeping up with one of my new years resolutions. sorry syl ill try to update my blog more often : ) anyway so far i've finished three paintings for the show in SA. i want to work on one more painting. daniel said he is going to build frames for them. they are works on paper so they need to be framed. in other news its almost time for us to move back to dallas! im sooooooo excited...a part of me is going to miss SA. this place is not that bad. it has a lot of history and it has some really nice landscape. their are a couple of places i want to go to before we leave. i hope i get the chance.

new show

well it looks like im going to be in a group show. it's something small at this place in san antonio called limelight. daniel and i are going to be in it. i've been doing some works on paper. so far i have one completed painting and another in progress. im going to try and finish two more. it feels great to paint again!!!!

new year

my new years resolution....
write on my blog more,
create more art,
learn how to make tortillas,
plan a trip with my hubby,
drink more water,
save more money,
eat healthier,
be more spontaneous....
so far these are the only resolutions i could think of, but ill try and think up some more!

obsession

well i have a new favorite series of books. like many others im hooked on twilight. i cant help it its just such a great book! i have a new obsession with robert pattinson. he is just so breath taking. i feel like a little school girl....oh well.
